If you're heading to this part of the Park to explore English Heritage's Grimspound then we'd recommend climbing the hill to Hamel Down Tor. Whilst there's a reasonable amount of parking by the side of the road to the west of Hamel Down Tor, Grimspound and Hookney Tor, we'd suggest you walk in from the Warren House Inn area.
