From the South West Coast Path to the south of Blackpool Sands. Either walk in on the Coast Path or pay to park at Blackpool Sands and climb the path to this viewpoint.

The highest point on Exmoor National Park with exceptional 360 views inland and across the Bristol Channel to Wales.

Putsborough Sand (Beach)

At the southern end of Morte Bay in the North Devon AONB. Equally as beautiful is the view from Morte Point to the north of the Bay. (For similar big views try Saunton Sands).

Clovelly, Devon

From the harbour looking up at Clovelly and then back across Barnstaple or Bideford Bay.

Leather Tor

For the view across Burrator Reservoir and Sheeps Tor. In the south west of Dartmoor National Park.

Lustleigh Cleave, Devon

Head for the ridge high above Lustleigh and walk through the woods towards Hunter's Tor. On the way is Harton Chest with massive views across the east of the Park and down to Teignmouth.

A UNESCO World Heritage Site classic. Stunning sea stacks with Sidmouth behind. Private parking at Ladram Bay or walk in via the South West Coast Path.

Oddicombe Beach

River Dart

The view pretty much anywhere along the Dart Estuary by Dartmouth is amazing. Alternatively, take a water taxi from Dartmouth to its castle.

East Portlemouth Beaches

This is for The Kingsbridge Salcombe Estuary. To the west, there are equally as spectacular views of Bantham/Bigbury-on-Sea from the Coast Path by Thurlestone golf course.
