Vibrant and popular coastal town in north Devon just to the west of Exmoor National Park. Within the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

Part of a coastline with some of the best beaches in the county (Woolacombe Sand (Beach), Putsborough Sand (Beach), Croyde Beach, Saunton Sands (Beach)).

If visiting for the first time, there's a viewing point in the centre of town by the beach and theatre that offers an excpetional 360 view of Ilfacombe and its coastline.

Things to do include: The Landmark Theatre, The Tunnels Beaches, Ilfracombe Aquarium and Ilfracombe Museum. Out of town, try Combe Martin Dinasour and Wildlife Park and RHS Rosemoor Gardens.

Ilfracombe is on the South West Coast Path.
